Well. . .if you must know, I never watch any TV program that isn't self-reflexive. You remember "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman?" That was the last show I was addicted to, and how many years ago was that? Although the new season of Mystery Science Theater 3000 begins, I believe, next week. I'm mildly addicted to it also. Mike and the 'bots and the Mads have loads of fun satirizing TV. And, of course, I watch an occasional Beavis & Butthead which, in spite of all the talk of irresponsiblity and violence, is still basically a traditional form of slapstick comedy coupled with lots of satire that actually lampoons MTV culture itself.
