Sent: Tue 8/9/2011 10:30 PM Subject: H-Judaic posting Centre for the Study of Muslim-Jewish Relations (Woolf Institute) Visiting Fellowship 2012-2013 The Fellowship, tenable for a three-month period, can be held in Cambridge University term times in the academic year 2012-2013: Michaelmas: 2 October-30 November 2012 Lent: 15 January-15 March 2013 Easter: 23 April-14 June 2013 The successful candidate will be expected to undertake research in an area of relevance to the work of the Centre and may be asked to make a modest contribution to lecturing and teaching, particularly on the new Cambridge University MPhil course in the study of Muslim-Jewish Relations. There is no stipend attached to the Fellowships, but Fellows will be entitled to free accommodation in Cambridge and round-trip travel from their country to Cambridge. They will also have access to the Woolf Institute and Cambridge University libraries. One fellowship is available for a postdoctoral scholar of any academic rank. Field of specialisation is open with a preference for candidates whose work is relevant to any aspect of the academic study of Muslim-Jewish Relations.
