Fifth Annual Holocaust Series Theme: "Holocaust and Genocide: The Search for Justice" at St. Mary's College of Maryland a (non-denominational) public honors college near Washington, D.C. People in the Baltimore-Washington area may be interested in attending some of the following events: Monday, Nov 10, 8:30pm: Lecture by Prof. Michael Sells, Haverford College: "Religion and Genocide in Bosnia" Wednesday, Nov 12, &:45 pm: Film Showing: "The Trial of Adolf Eichmann" Introduced by Prof. Bjorn Krondorfer, St. Mary's College Monday, Nov 17, 8pm: Film Showing: "Valentina's Nightmare" ( a documentation about the Rwandan genocide) Introduced by Prof. Garry Dennie, St. Mary's College Wednesday, Nov 19, 8pm: Lecture and slide presentation by attorney Melissa Crow (member of the investigatory team in the U.N. prosecutor's office) "Genocide in Rwanda: A View from the Trenches" The events are sponsored by the Lecture and Fine Arts Committee and the department of Philosophy and Religious Studies.
