Editor Note: I want to assure everyone that no one except myself and my comoderator have access to the subscription list for H-Holocaust and that we will not give it out to anyone. And I think that the Tempus owners got my name from someplace else than this list. > When I sent a request that I be removed from the "TEMPUS" list, no > response was forthcoming. Was this other mailing in French and about an accusation that Israel is engaging in systematic torture? I am quite sorry that you find these posts assaultive, but yet the sender fails to honor your request to be removed from the list. And in your related post, Charles Fishman wrote: > Date: Sat, 23 Nov 1996 13:11:42 CST > From: FISHMAN@SNYFARVA.CC.FARMINGDALE.EDU > Subject: Would some list historians please deal with this! Charles, in this post you included the full header and I went and compared it with the full header of the "How Many Millions More?" I received and they both originated from the same machine and followed the same path to the USA (where one, of course, diverged to Pitt and the other to SUNY). And they were both sent very close to one another from the originating machine because they both arrived at the next machine in the path (speedy.grolier.fr) only 28 seconds apart. Yours arrived to speedy.grolier.fr at (Fishman's copy) Tue 19 Nov 1996 08:57:02 +0100 (MET) and my copy arrived there at (Plechinger's copy) Tue, 19 Nov 1996 08:58:34 +0100 (MET) MET is the timezone that France and Germany is in. I guess it means "Middel European Time." Remember that in Europe they switch back to Standard Time on a different date than we do in the USA due to them being further north.
