I am seeking information on the circumstances of production and on the
identity of the editor B.D. Shaw relating to the reference below:

Hitler, Adolf, and B. D. Shaw. Mein Kampf, an unexpurgated digest. New
York,: Political Digest Press, 1939.

I would be very grateful if someone could possibly tell me where I might
start researching, or if indeed someone knows of this particular
translation and the individual(s) involved.
