Tenure track; begins Fall 1993. An earned doctorate in instructional technology or related field and demonstrated interest and competencies in teaching are required. K-12 experience in computer-related fields is preferred; a background in cognitive science is desired. Major responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in such areas as multimedia, computer scripting languages, artificial intelligence in education and human-computer interactions; program development; and carrying out a research agenda and pursuing funding opportunities. Salary is competitive and commensurate with previous experience.
