I would contact Quia for support: http://www.quia.com/company/contact_us.html My guess is that perhaps your computers updated to the latest version of java (6 update 10), and the new plugin that comes with it is incompatible with Quia java applets. The new java update installs a new plugin for Internet Explorer or Firefox 3, but Firefox 2 still uses the old java plugin. In the short term, I really don't see the problem in making Firefox 2 the default browser. It's safer to use than Internet Explorer. Other than that, if you could point to a specific page that didn't work for you we could test it. I just tested their stuff in Firefox 3 with java 6 update 10 and it appeared to work fine. -Doug > Has anyone else had issues with Java and computers running Vista?
