I am researching the development of African studies in France since 1990.
In other words, what changed after the period when  l'etnie, la parenté,
l'Etat-nation were at the center of the studies, what is new about African
Studies in France today?  Who are the premier Africanist scholars in
France now?  How might I find information on the level of cooperation
between French and African Africanists working in France?  I appreciate
any advice or direction.

Mon intérêt porte sur les thèmes majeurs de la recherche africansite
actuellement en France depuis 1990.
Après la grande vague de recherche sur l'ethnie, la parenté, l'Etat-nation
qu'elle est la tendance thématique de la recherche africansite en France
actuellement.
Quels sont les "nouveaux africanistes" actuellement? Après la
génèrationsde des coopérants et chercheurs dont beaucoup de l'Orstom, y a
t-il des africanistes africains travaillant en France.
