On Page 22 (7 of the Goodwood article), 21st Pz Division is called 21st SS Pz Division. 21st Pz was a Heer formation whereas the 21st SS Division was the "21st Waffen-Gebirgs-Division der SS 'Skanderberg' (Albanische nr 1)" Authorised April 1944 and formed July- Sept 1944 in Kosovo from 6500 Albanians. After some anti-partisan duties most of the division deserted in Oct and the remaining 1300 was designated Kampfgruppe Skanderberg and attached to the 14th Reg of Prinz Eugen (7th SS). To summ up, 21st Pz Division was a Heer division that fought in the Normandy (it has an interesting history before that, but only if you are a Pz Div affectionardo). 21st SS was one of the bad SS divisions that gave part of the SS the reputation of the wastebin of Europe, and it was never near Normandy, nor even formed on anything but paper during "Goodwood".
