I wonder if someone can help me locate information about an man alleged to have an Admiral in the Imperial Japanese Navy during the Second World War. The name I have is Vice Admiral Kazume Kinsei. His War Diaries were supposed to have been published in 1969 by Tenjingai Publications of Tokyo. The story is that he was instrumental in planning a bomber attack on the Texas oil fields that was never consummated. After checking literally hundreds of books and articles, and the owners of several related web sites, the only place I have come across him is an article in the March 1993 issue of World War II Magazine. Any sort of information will be greatly appreciated. Jim Duffy jp@duffy.net ************************************************* *************************************************
