Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone had any leads for looking at clothing in early modern Ottoman Egypt? Specifically, I am interested in the cultural garb of different ethnic groups in the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries (Maghribis, Rumis, Ethiopians, etc). I found a few works that might be useful in English and Arabic, especially for the Mamluk period, but I don't have a solid bibliography yet. I would also be interested in comparative works in the medieval and early modern European context. Thank you! All the best, Irfana Hashmi
