Working from the PRO citation provided by Juleigh Muirhead Clark, one can determine that the letter is described in Virginia Colonial Records Project Survey Report 222 (old SR # 241) and appears on VCRP microfilm reel #2. The quickest way to find the Survey Report in the LVA online catalogue is a keyword search on "5/1350": http://lva1.hosted.exlibrisgroup.com/F/I1NN53Q2IM6L6RV1T4YUMRY4BF3LL5KDN9QVHBY93BBS3GJFJA-04916?func=full-set-set&set_number=000522&set_entry=000001&format=999 The letter and its enclosures are described on pp 3-4 of this report (which can be downloaded and printed as a TIFF file). Then, armed either with the Survey Report number or the PRO citation, one can find the microfilm reel via the published *Key to Survey Reports and Microfilm of the Virginia Colonial Records Project (*John T. Kneebone, Jon Kukla, et al. eds (Richmond: Library of Virginia, 1990). VCRP microfilm is held at Library of Virginia, CW Rockefeller Library, UVA Alderman, and Virginia Historical Society.
