Ed. Carla Mulford, Assoc. Eds. Angela Vietto and Amy E. Winans (Oxford University Press, 2002). This anthology of more than 1,000 pages covers many events/materials from the earliest years of contact through the 1790s. List members first learned of this project perhaps four years ago, as the editors were just getting started. The volume will have complementary materials posted on the University of Virginia's E-text archive, and archive that is growing nearly every day. Indeed, the editors would like to hear from scholars who might be interested in posting edited materials to this website. Best wishes, Carla Mulford, English, Penn State
