An essay question on a Georgia bar exam given in 2001 or 2002 set up a problem which the candidate had to answer by discussing the applicability to the facts of writs of ...... -- prohibition -- mandamus, and .. -- quo warranto (I forget the others, if there were others) a classmate stomped about afterwards shouting "quo warranto! quo warranto! have you ever heard of it? has ANYONE ever heard of it?!!!" actually I'm thinking about applying for such a writ in the near future ...
