Northwestern's law library has a large series of bound mimeos, such as transcripts of meetings of the Board of Governors and other ABA subgroups. I don't know there provenance, but I assume they made it North with the move from Hyde Park to North Michigan and then were given to Northwestern's law library, which is adjacent to the ABF. I don't believe there are any papers, such as MacChesney's, but you might try the law librarians at Northwestern. Daniel R.
