Hi All: Just one suggestion for the AHA, OAH and others: When you sign a contract with anyone include a simple escape clause that reads: " The parties to this contract agree that the contract may be cancelled by the contracting party at any time prior to the event should there be any labor dispute, violation of civil or human rights by management as determined by the contracting party. The hotel will hold harmless the contracting party and if legal proceedings are instituted by the hotel against the contracting party, the hotel will pay any and all legal costs associated with the contracting party's liability including court costs, fines, damages and legal fees should any be incurred in any proceeding in law regarding this contract." In short, if they want organizations with strong principles to book their hotel they need to live up to some standards. Otherwise we will go on paying our opponents money to kill human rights everywhere. Peace, Ronald Kent
