Hi All: A few suggestions you may want to consider: the books written by Philip Agee including "Inside the Company: CIA Diary(Stonehill,1975), "Dirty Work Vol.1 CIA in Western Europe"(Lyle Stuart,1977),"Dirty Work Vol.2 CIA in Africa"edited by Ellen Ray et al.(1978). The book by Hobart Spalding, "Organized Labor in Latin America"(NYU Press,1977), the booklet published by George Schmidt, "The AFT and the CIA," (Subs United for Better Schools,1978), and for the CP view on this see George Morris, "CIA and American Labor,"(International Publishers, 1967). The book entitled "AIFLD: Agents as Organizers," was published by the Resource Center in New Mexico many years ago, and was a well written expose of the CIA and AIFLD dirty work in labor operations. The magazine "Covert Action" had many articles on your topic areas that may include more recent developments. There are many other works that other historians may recommend including the expose' work by Fred Hirsch. Best of luck. Peace, Ronald Kent
