Sent: 16 October 2012 20:49 There's a mention in the Times and Register, Oct. 19, 1895. "Translations from Foreign Exchanges: The Sterilization of Water by Chemicals. The Etiology of dysentery. Pervertis et invertis sexuels: les fetischists". This may be a review or translation of a review, but the term homosexual is used: "Homosexual inclinations were entirely wanting" is the sentence. I found this in the Proquest Database "American Periodicals". Michelle Martinez Librarian Newton Gresham Library
