From: "j.howarth" <j.howarth@antislavery.org> The Royal Museum for Central Africa, Tervuren, Belgium (just outside Brussels) would make a great study. Although I think some progress is being made to change the official King Leopold II propaganda from what I've read it still carrys on the myth of the Congo Free State being a benign protectorate rather than the enslaving exploitative regime it was.
