The other day I noticed blisters on my legs the size of pencil erasers. I wondered what they were. They were above and inward of my knees. I had one on one thigh and one and a smaller one the other. Spider bites? Other insect bites? Allergic reaction? No, it is caused by a combination of my new Pentium II laptop (which gets hotter) and the rising temperature (which caused me to wear shorts). The screws on the bottom of the laptop get so hot that they burn my skin, and the laptop heats up so slowly that I didn't notice the problem. _____________________________________________________________ Lauren Eve Pomerantz lauren@teachspace.org Programs Coordinator California Space & Science Center http://www.teachspace.org EDTECH has changed addresses.
