Edtechers: I am going to be teaching HTML/Web Development for the 1st time next Fall -- this will be mostly Juniors and Seniors. Although I am an accomplished miner & surfer of the web, I haven't really developed any extensive HTML. I am looking for suggestions on a "quality" textbook/manual or "quality" webpage sites that discusses HTML/Web based design. I would like to go with a book that address both Mac & Win approaches (yes, I'm aware HTML is cross-platform). Sometimes the books come with CD's, I would like that to be a cross-platform CD if there is one. Also, any suggestions on what to focus on for the 1st time through a HTML class would be greatly appreciated. I will summarize after a few days ... thanks!
