I am a Social Studies departmental coordinator seeking information on how to give my administration objective feedback on their performance at my institution. Faculty and student body feel that the administration are focusing more on the "stick" rather than the "carrot" as motivations for faculty and students. I was thinking along the lines of a anonymous administration evaluation form that might be distributed to faculty, and possibly students. Outlining basic administrative functions that might be evaluated and then suggestions provided for improvement, or other effective administrative strategies. Is there a program or web site that might provide me with some information to improve the administration at my university? Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank You.
