Hello, My name is Meris Stansbury and I am an editor with eSchool News, an ed-tech publication based in Bethesda, MD. We're writing a story on how schools and districts can best invest stimulus funding for the long-term; in other words, we're looking for suggestions on the 'wisest one-time investment' that will last. For example, we've heard that through stimulus funds, schools have been able to hire staff--but those funds are short-lived and will staff now have to be let go? Hiring, or hiring back, school staff sounds like a short-term investment. We're looking for tips on long-term investments. If you have any tips on the 'wisest one-time investment' schools or districts can make to ensure long-term progress, please send your ideas to my email address: email@example.com. We're trying to have this story completed as soon as possible. Thank you, Meris Meris Stansbury Associate Editor eSCHOOL NEWS 7920 Norfolk Avenue #900 Bethesda, MD 20814 301-913-0115, ext. 109 firstname.lastname@example.org --- Edtech Archives, posting guidelines and other information are at: http://www.h-net.msu.edu/~edweb Please include your name, email address, and school or professional affiliation in each posting.
