Hi- I am looking for some information on how Technology Resource Teachers, Instructional Technologists, or Technology Coaches serve their buildings when they have multiple buildings to serve. In my school division we had one or two buildings each through this year, but due to budget cuts we'll need to change how we approach what we do starting in September. Do you create a Plan of Action or a building Service Level Agreement? How do the buildings "contract" for your services? Does anyone have a sample plan or template that they would be willing to share with us? Thanks in advance!! A.
