We have Live@EDU for our students for email and file sharing, MS will add Office Live in July. We have a Moodle site for instructional use, Live@EDU has a module for single sign on with Moodle. The students seem to enjoy the social networking-like aspects of Live@EDU. I'll be interested to see how much use the Office component gets. We run our own Exchange server for faculty & staff, but are discussing migrating those accounts to Live@EDU. We get a great deal from Microsoft due to a purchase program that includes all the colleges & universities in our state and is open to K-12 schools. I realize that our choices might be different without our low cost for Office, but we are totally sold on Moodle.
