Visit the EDTECH home page.
You can do this in iTunes. Go to the Preferences and select "General"; then click the button that says "Import Settings" and change it from "AAC Encoder" to "MP3 Encoder." Close the preferences. From now on any CD you import will be an MP3. You can convert any song you've already imported just by selecting it and going to "Advanced" > "Create MP3 Version" on the menu bar.
