We use AB tutor, and are very happy with it. The cost is per teacher(tutor) station, unlimited clients. You can block programs, websites, observe one or all computers, lock screens, take over a computer remotely, send a message to selected or all computers, share your screen or a student's screen with other computers, open programs remotely, send files, take surveys, take inventories on hardware & software, log-on, shut down programs, Take screen shots, reboot and shut down computers remotely (and probably some stuff I am forgetting). I can't imagine working without it. Other programs do the same type of things, but cost a lot more. (And there is a freeware program as well.)
