Bridget, Our school purchased a 28 station wireless laptop cart over two years ago. Aside from some configuration issues and some access point issues, things tend to go relatively well with our laptops. We purchased IBM's and they have taken some abuse, but all are still in working order. Warning: When we got the cart, portable access points, and an HP wireless printer (which we paid 1000's of dollars for) all worked well. As soon as we switched to stationary access points, the printer would not print. HP and our tech people have been working on this for 4 months with no solution! Be sure when you implement a system everything "plays nice" together. And if you decide to change anything ask the vendor if they have a guarantee all your peripherals will work.
