I use Tipcam (http://www.utipu.com) because it records in either AVI or FLV format, and has no time limit on the recording length. Another good product is Debut from www.nchsoftware.com which is free, although the do have a premium version available. I have also used Jing, DeBug Mode Wink, CamStudio as well as Camtasia and Qarbon Viewlet builder. All work well.
